Sonoma Chick'n Salad
* Prep Time: 10 minutes
* Cook Time: 10 minutes
* Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz.) bag chick'n strips*
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise*
- 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, sliced in half
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1-2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tsp agave nectar
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Fry the chick'n strips over medium heat until cooked, about 10 minutes. Chop them up into bite size pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients then add the chick'n. Mix well and serve.
